You are here:

As the nights are getting darker here is a guide to HOW TO REPORT A FAULTY STREET LIGHT TO BRADFORD COUNCIL:

To take you to the Bradford Council page titled: ‘Report a Faulty Street Light’ the link is https://www.bradford.gov.uk/…/report-faulty-street-lights/
Use the button which says, ‘Report a faulty street light now >’

This takes you to page where you enter the Street Name and press Search. It will bring up the address, press select and it takes you to a map showing the area and placement of the street lights. Click on the street light you wish to report and a reporting box comes up for you to enter details of the fault. Street lights that are working are shown with a green dot and the ones that Bradford does know are not working are denoted by a red dot.

Please note that there is a message under the ‘Report a faulty street Light now >’ button saying ‘Street light repairs are currently taking around eight weeks to complete. Please log your request online using the form above, and only contact us if the work isn’t completed within eight weeks.’ It is a good idea to keep a note of the date you report the fault.
