BILBERRY BANK UPDATE: Loan Sanction Granted

Last week the Parish Council received a response from the Secretary of State, Minister for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, granting the Loan Sanction for the purchase of Bilberry Bank. This has taken considerably longer that was initially hoped.

As the next step, the Chairman of the Parish Council has called a meeting of the Council for this coming Monday, 24^th January 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to put the next steps in place.

The Clerk is presently re-contacting those residents and members of the public who generously made pledges towards the purchase to check that they still want to honour these.
