The finance for the Parish Council is provided by a precept on the Council Tax. Details of how much a Band D council taxpayer will have to pay in the current financial year along with information on where we plan to spend the money are given in the Budget on the Minutes and Agendas page.
Where Wilsden Parish Council operates a function that is normally provided by Bradford Council a financial agreement is reached between the two councils to ensure that people are not taxed twice for the same service.
