Environmental Improvement
Wilsden Parish Council has established a committee to deliver environmental improvement projects that will benefit Wilsden and Harecroft. A number of specific improvement projects have already been started including the re-establishment of a hanging basket scheme in the centre of Wilsden, bulb planting around the village and the installation of Christmas lights on Wilsden Main Street at the centre of the village.
Ideas for new projects can be passed to any Parish Councillor. All suggestions will be considered at Council Meetings and if approved passed to the Environmental Improvement Committee for delivery. The membership of this committee will not be limited to councillors but will include other residents in order to ensure that we involve a broad cross section of the village.
