The finance for the Parish Council is provided by a precept on the Council Tax and for 2011/12 the Council has set a budget that will raise £17,067. Details of how much council taxpayers will have to pay for individual bands is given below.

Where Wilsden Parish Council operates a function that is normally provided by Bradford Council a financial agreement is reached between the two councils to ensure that people are not taxed twice for the same service
